Wedding Anniversary NOTD

Last Friday, May 11th, it was the Wedding Anniversary of my husband

and I. We have been married for 3 years. In honor of that I wanted to do

something romantic on my nails. So what better than a red holographic

polish, Glitter Gal - Red, with a lace stamping done with DRK-A Plate

using Konad Special Polish - Black. It was perfect. Sadly I could not

capture the full beauty of my nails, they vere stunning and eye catching.

I was having a hard time cleaning the Konad - Black off my fingers.

If you have the same problem I recommend trying Konad Black Pearl.

It is not nearly as hard to clean off the skin as the black one.

Gabriella Salvete Nail Enamel Swatch

This is Gabriella Salvete - 155 and it is the polish I

had under the SoFlaJo polish I reviewed in my previous

post and you can check it out by Clicking HERE.

3 thin coats (or 2 thicker) is needed for ful covarage. No top coat.

Photos are taken indoors in a light box/tent. This shade is kind of a

"barbie" pink with silver shimmer in it. I'm not a huge fan of this color

and it does not look so good with my skin tone. I got it in a giveaway.

SoFlaJo Polish Review + Swatches

SoFlaJo - Blue Martini, 5 ml

Blue Martini is a jelly with a blue tinted shimmer base filled with

multiple sized glitter, such as diamonds, short tinsels and round

holographic glitters. From the Happy Hour Polish Collection.

SoFlaJo - Blue Martini, 5 ml

This polish is best layered over an other color as it is sheer and ment to

be a topper. Othervise you would need a ton of coats to make it opaque.

However you do get a good amount of glitter on the nail with just one coat.

SoFlaJo - BlueMartini, 5 ml

Below are photos taken in artificial light (light box/tent) with 1 coat of

SoFlaJo - Blue Martini over Gabriella Salvete - 155 that is a pink

polish, but the tinted base in Blue Martini makes it look purple/lavender.

More swatches over other colors.

I liked Blue Martini over white, grey and black. Over blue colors it

did not show up as much, it just melted in wih the blue. It could also

be intersting over the right shade of red, yellow or a coppery brown.
