Here comes photos of my Cheeky Image Plate Collection. This is the first set.
The second Collection is in the making. More info on that at the end of this post.
This set has 26 plates from CH1 to 29 skipping numbers 18, 19 and 28 for some
reason that I do not know of. Do you? The plates has a backing so that the edges
are not super sharp and a protective film that you need to remove before stamping.
The plates are same size as Konad and Bundle Monster and a lot of other brands.

And if you are waiting for the NEW Image Plate Collection from
Cheeky (Second Set), as I am, you might want to take a look at this
statement from Cheeky Beauty, that they made about a week ago:
Hi Cheeky Chicks, we know that many of you are excited about our new set and looking
forward to its release. We want to tell you that we cannot wait for it to happen as well :).
However, in order to guarantee maximum enjoyment from this set, we are investing vast
amount of resources in research and development to make it the best set ever produced.
We work closely with many nail art specialists and bloggers around the world to get their
impressions and develop this set to the best quality possible. Our initial ambition for this
set was to produce the most innovative set ever made and we are still keen to do it.
We can tell you that some of the latest developments we incorporated in the set are:
1. Bigger full nail designs for those of you with long nails (the biggest in the market).
2. Bigger gaps between designs in order to allow easier clean up and better use.
3. Functional and branded packaging (we do not want to say more than that because
we will ruin the surprise).
4. New scraper that will be provided with the set.
5. More small surprises.
Cheeky Chicks, the reason that our launch date is delayed is only because we want to

Cheeky Chicks, the reason that our launch date is delayed is only because we want to
supply the very best for you girls and nothing less. We appreciate your patience so much
and ask that you will bear with us a bit longer while we finish the development of the set.
There are two options:
1. We will release the set in 3 weeks without some of the developments mentioned.
2. We will release the set in 5-6 weeks with all of the developments mentioned.
Please let us know which option you prefer!

And that's a "Piece of Pie"
I just got my first Cheeky set and am eagerly awaiting the release of the summer plates :D
ReplyDeleteI think it is good that they are taking the time out to make them perfect. But yes... waiting is no fun
DeleteShe had me at "Bigger full nail designs"!! Now I'm excited. My thumb & middle finger are so wide that I have to turn the normal size designs sideways (& stamp the thumb twice to cover then length). It's terrible!
ReplyDeleteI just saw the 2012 set listed on Amazon as if it's ready now though?
There is a listing for a 2012 set on Amazon. But it is not the new set. It is this set. I think the new set is called Summer Collection or something like it.
Deleteoh i've been wanting this set! i haven't ordered it yet though, because i just placed an order for a bundlemonster set. i wish they sold some of them separately because i don't want a bunch of repeats, and there are only a couple that i really want!
ReplyDeleteI have the bundle monster set too. I don't feel there is a bunch of repeats actually
DeleteI need to have these!! LOL.. the designs are awesome! I can see myself using these a lot more than the other ones I have. That would be awesome to see bigger full nail designs.. It seems when I try stamping full designs, it falls short somewhere (either top or bottom).
