I used ELF - Fluorescent Pink as the base color and applied
ELF - Mint Cream as color blocks here and there. Over that I
applied a layer of Spectraflair Top Coat. And I taped it all off with
Striping Tape in Silver. Top Coat to get the tape to stay in place.
